Account data (email, display name), authentication metadata, subscription/billing status (via Stripe), notification preferences (Telegram chat ID, email), and product usage analytics.

How we use it

To provide the Service: deliver signals, manage your account, process payments, send notifications, and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

We use Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), and email/Telegram providers for notifications. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session state. No third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@pippilot.life to make a request.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to comply with legal obligations.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
