Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PipPilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PipPilot provides AI-generated forex trading signals, market analysis, and related notifications for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a broker and do not execute trades on your behalf.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (currently £10/month). You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish signals or platform content without written permission. One account per person.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on PipPilot is investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipPilot is not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
